REFUND POLICY

Our Commitment

At Human Help AI, we want every consultation to be valuable. If something goes wrong, we're here to make it right. This policy outlines when refunds are issued and how to request them.

All refund requests are reviewed individually within 3 business days.

When Refunds Are Granted

✦ Eligible for Refund

  • Expert did not respond within 48 hours
  • Expert cancelled the consultation
  • Technical issue prevented the session from taking place
  • Expert provided demonstrably false credentials
  • Duplicate payment was charged
  • Consultation content was completely unrelated to the agreed topic

✗ Not Eligible for Refund

  • You changed your mind after the consultation was delivered
  • You were dissatisfied with the advice (subjective quality)
  • You did not show up for a scheduled session
  • The outcome did not match your expectations
  • Request made more than 7 days after the consultation
  • Violation of our Terms of Service by the client

Subscription Refunds

The expert verification subscription ($10/month from month two) is non-refundable once the billing period has started. However:

How to Request a Refund

Email us within 7 daysSend your request to refunds@humanhelpai.com within 7 days of the consultation date.

Include your detailsYour registered email, the date of the consultation, the expert's name, and a brief description of the issue.

We review within 3 business daysOur team will investigate and contact both you and the expert if needed.

Refund processed in 5–10 business daysApproved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Partial Refunds

In some cases — where a consultation was partially completed or the issue was partially the client's responsibility — Human Help AI may issue a partial refund at our discretion. We will always communicate the reasoning clearly.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may escalate the dispute to support@humanhelpai.com. All escalations are reviewed by a senior team member within 5 business days. Our decision following escalation is final.

For payment disputes, you also retain the right to contact your bank or card issuer directly. However, initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
